Cucina Regionale: A Journey Through Italy’s Pasta Traditions

On Thursday 23rd October, we’re celebrating World Pasta Day with a five-course menu of handmade pasta, each dish inspired by a different region of Italy and created by head chef Thibault Baggio. From the north to the south, it’s a taste of Italy’s culinary traditions brought to life at Rossi.
